At ZeroCal Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure all products arrive in good condition and meet your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Item missing from order
  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days after parcel delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging must be provided.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Opened or used consumable products
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

2. Refund Policy

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–7 working days using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is caused by ZeroCal Store.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us immediately.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of parcel and product
    • Description of issue

Claims without proof may not be approved.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment processing begins.

Once tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer allowed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened sweetener products
  • Promotional/free gift items
  • Clearance or final sale items
